SAP HCM Application Support & Development Consultant

We have a client in need of a SAP consultant for a 6 month assignment in Grand Rapids.

Required abilities

Demonstrated understanding or experience in:
• SAP HCM solution and application modules
• ABAP programming language
• Experience with any or all of the following SAP HCM modules
• Payroll – North America
• Benefits
• Compensation

• Performance Management
• E-Recruiting
• Qualifications catalog
• HCM Processes and Forms
• LSO
• Business Workflow
• ALE

Desired abilities:
• Consulting Skills
• Negotiation Skills
• Project Management and Project Leadership skills
• 3-5 years experience in SAP functional modules, HCM preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of group dynamics and team function requirements; demonstrated experience in contributing in team settings
• Demonstrated ability to learn, assimilate and apply new business related information as well as technology related information
• Strong customer orientation (for both internal and external customers)
