Description


Perform a variety of standardized assembly or stamping operations utilizing machinery.

  • Use of fixture and specialty machinery, i.e.: welders, riveters and light power tools may be required

  • Interpret readings of gauges and test equipment is necessary

  • Operate small punch type presses to perform single blanking, punching, drawing, and forming operations

  • Packing items produced into cartons or containers

  • Some set-up and adjusting of equipment or change-overs is required

  • Performs routine preventive maintenance


Experience

At least 6 months as a Machine Operator


Education

High school diploma or GED

Basic reading, writing and math skills
